Pregnancy can be detected early by using pregnancy tests kits that are available at most medical supply stores. There are 2 main types of pregnancy tests ? urine pregnancy tests that can be done at home using pregnancy kits and blood pregnancy test that is done in labs. You can also look for pregnancy signs and symptoms to detect pregnancy. Some signs and symptoms of pregnancy are:
· Most obvious early pregnancy sign symptom includes a delay or absence in your menstruation cycle.
· The first symptom of pregnancy is the implantation bleeding that occurs about 6-12 days after conception. During this, the woman feels cramp and spotting.
· A female may also experience changes in her breasts, which get tender, swollen and sore about 1-2 weeks after conception.

· If your temperature stays higher than general body temperature, it is a sign and symptom of pregnancy.
· Another pregnancy symptom experienced week after week is the feeling of dizziness and or fainting due to a little exertion.
· Pregnancy may lead to a feeling of heartburn and/or constipation as well.
· Mood swings is another early pregnancy sign symptom. Due to changes in hormones, a female feels irritated and experiences mood swings.
· Another sign and symptom of pregnancy is the excessive weight gain and bloating.
Ectopic Pregnancy Symptoms/ Symptom of Tubal Pregnancy
Ectopic pregnancy or tubal pregnancy is a pregnancy in which the fetus develops outside the woman's uterus. Generally, the egg implants itself in uterus, but in the case of ectopic pregnancy implantation occurs somewhere in the fallopian tube or in the cervix, ovaries or abdomen.For this reason ectopic pregnancy is known as tubal pregnancy as well.
As in ectopic pregnancy, the egg is implanted elsewhere and not in the uterus, it can cause significant damage to the tissues and further also result in abnormal delivery or miscarriage. Ectopic pregnancy is generally diagnosed within 5-10 weeks of pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy symptoms are generally similar to normal pregnancy. Besides general pregnancy symptoms, symptoms of tubal pregnancy are:
· One-sided lower abdominal pain is a sign and symptom of ectopic pregnancy.
· Another ectopic pregnancy symptom is vaginal bleeding or severe bleeding of uterus or hemorrhage.
· You may have low blood pressure due to ectopic pregnancy.
· Early pregnancy symptom cramp and spotting after the first missed period.
· Women may feel pain in their pelvis and abdomen.
· Ectopic pregnancy makes your complexion pale and your skin feels clammy.
· In ectopic pregnancy, the female experiences lower back pain and shoulder pain as well.
